THE KITE RUNNER

  • Who was your favorite character and why? Which character did you dislike most throughout the story and why? My favorite character was Hassan because he was always nice no matter what, he was a faithful friend, you could trust on hem. The chapter that i dislike the most was when Hassan was raped and also when Amir discovers that Hassan was killed.

  • Which did you enjoy better, the novel or the movie? Please give specific reasons why.I actually enjoy better the novel because the novel gave more details than the movie. Also there was some stuff that weren't on the movie that were on the novel.

  • Who is the protagonist in this story? Who is the antagonist? Give an example of a scene from the story that would support your label for each character. The protagonist of the story was Amir and Hassan. At some point of the story the antagonist for me was Amir, he was the antagonist for me because he was mean to Hassan. Amir didn't know how to expres hes feelings after he saw Hassan getting raped, and hem not doing nothing about it.

  • Which characters change as the story proceeds? Do they change for the better or the worse, and how do they change specifically? I think Check SpellingSorhab (Hassans son) chage the story on a better way. He changed the story on a better way because, first Amir and Soraya were going to have the child they could never had. And well eventhou din't want a kid that dind't had his same blood he knew he could make up for all the bad stuff he did.

I'm entering my bridge for looks. I'm doing it for looks because I'm more a detail person and last year i did it for strength and it just hold 5 pounds. I made my bridge simple, I made stairs on both sides, I made the sides of the bridge so that it looks like spikes. I did my bridge by my self because last year i had a partner bout she didn't help at all. I don't know if my bridge will win bout I know I did a good job and it does look cute.

I am Poem

I am a lovable and strong person
I wonder if I’m going to graduate some day
I hear my baby laughing
I see my baby crawling
I want violence to stop
I am a lovable and strong person

I pretend I’m always happy when I’m actually sad
I feel great being a mom
I touch my baby’s hands
I worry when I don’t see my mom
I cry when I am sad or angry
I am a lovable and strong person

I understand my boyfriend loves me no matter if we are angry
I say I hate people who are hypocrites
I dream to get married
I try to be a good mom
I hope to be happy in life
I am a lovable and strong person

Pice of cake

I havent read the book but I am willing to. I really like memoirs and this book sounds like is interesting. The discussion that we had on class about the book was very fun and interesting. It sounds like Cupcake had so much going on, on her life. Of what i heard is that she was doing really bad on her life she was on drugs, prostitution and she had many abortions, and then she had a successful life becoming a lawyer.

My Bridge

My bridge doesn't look nothing like my design. Well I think my bridge is not going to do so good. My bridge actually looks like it wasn't finish but it was. And plus i did the bridge by my self. I think if i had a partner it would of had help me so mush, maybe she could of have better ideas. I think the only hard part about building a bridge was that the sticks wooden stay together with that kind of glue. I decided that my bridge is going to go for looks because for sure you can tell is not that strong.
